Window coverings can make or break a room, but they’re also easy to update! H&H’s Reiko Caron shows how she used readymade Walmart hometrends™ drapes to give one room three very different looks.

Style and function are equally important when it comes to curtains. Here, Reiko starts with blue black-out drapes with a subtle geometric print — ideal for a TV room or bedroom. For linen-look curtains with a damask print, Reiko added drama and volume by doubling up the panels on both sides of the window. Then, she used a bold ikat print drapes to offer privacy but still let the light in. Grommet-top and rod pocket drapes each offer a unique style.
