Today we review the Xiaomi Smart curtain motor. This curtain motor needs to be paired with any of the Xiaomi or Aqara Gateways. Keep in mind that the Curtain motor is meant to work with DT-82 curtain tracks and can pull up to about 60 kilograms. All of that comes in a package thatโs just 37*5*5cm and lasted on a full charge so far 3 to 4 months!
Once set-up with the Xiaomi Mi Home App you set timers and automation rules. You can pair the curtain motor with all kinds of input sensors and switches. The timers allow you to set up predefined timeslots for your curtains to open and close. While the automation rules within the Mi Home app will allow you and endless amount of possibilities in your smart home.
